dc.description.abstractIn Ordinance 204-13, the Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco amend the Administrative Code, by adding Chapter 121, which prohibits law enforcement officials from detaining individuals on the basis of a civil immigration detainer after they become eligible for release from custody, except for individuals who meet specified criteria.
