dc.description.abstractWhile Facilities Management does have the ability to manually read individual building meters, the data in this spreadsheet comes from the town for annual billing purposes, and Facilities Management then sends to the Office of Sustainability for review and archival. Sq. feet connected to central steam indicates how many square feet of building we heat with natural gas. Sq. feet connected to central main electricity is how many square feet of building we provide electricity to. Electricity produced by cogeneration unit is indicated in second column of spreadsheet. Energy is recorded in BTUs (British thermal units.) This data is updated at the end of each fiscal year.
